📥 Install the D4E Taskpane Companion App

1. Download & Save
     Download the file d4e_taskpane.zip and save it to a local folder.
     Right-click the file → Properties → if you see Unblock, tick it → OK.
     As with any software, we recommend running your antivirus scan on the file.

2. Unzip & Install
     Unzip d4e_taskpane.zip to a local drive.
     In the extracted folder, double-click setup.exe and follow the prompts.

3. Verify in Excel
     Open Excel → File > Options > Add-ins.
     Choose Manage: COM Add-ins → click Go….
     Confirm that D4E Taskpane appears in the list and is ticked.
     Start d4e_helper.xlam > D4E > About D4E.   This will display the D4E Taskpane functions.

✅ You’re Ready to Go

Once enabled, the D4E Taskpane will appear inside Excel (right-side pane) with your tools and menus ready to use.
